Nothing like a family of six to whip you in to shape.
Great weather, great light, great pictures.

Things are getting cold around here.
The leaves are starting to change, pumpkins are popping up everywhere you look, hoodies are out in force, and everyone is starting to think about firing up their furnaces.
I love this time of year, but dread the four months of deep-freeze that follows.
But that’s life in West Michigan.

We got a chance to take the kids downtown for Art Prize tonight. And I got a chance to take more photographs. Win-Win.
There was much anxiety about meeting the Steam Pig face to face. It’s possible I talked it up a bit too much for a 3 and 5 year old with vivid imaginations. But that made it all the more fun for everyone, and ultimately I paid the price when I couldn’t keep up with the onslaught of questions.
Kind of like the Monster Fence conversation that ended up backfiring.
Oh well.
Downtown is bustling – get over there and check things out.
